On November 2, both units of McGuire Nuclear Station came off line because of ruptured flex piping on our compressors. We do not stock such flex piping in our warehouses, and being the weekend we did not know where we could get this item.

Upon investigation of where to get the needed piping, Flextrol Corporation was mentioned. After calling your residence it was clearly evident that you were willing and eager to help. You called in welders as well as other vendors to supply needed materials to get the job done for us.
 
We at McGuire, would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to you and your company for
helping us out of a bind that seemed impossible on that particular day. Your cooperation and service
was commendable.
