Flextrol Corporation is a leading manufacturer of jacket products (valve jacketing) for valves, pipe, fittings and other process equipment.  Our range of weld-on valve jackets includes full coverage valve jacketing and partial coverage valve jacketing.  We also offer bolt-on valve jacket products that are also available in full-coverage and partial coverage styles.  To augment our valve jacketing, we also provide pipe jacketing, jacketing for pipe fittings, and many other related items such as jump-over hose.  We specialize in custom jacketed product solutions and fast turnaround to keep your critical processes in operation.  In nearly 25 years of business, we've learned that off-the-shelf jacketing for valves seldom provides an optimal solution, and we pride ourselves in the manufacture of highly engineered and cost effective weld-on valve jackets and bolt-on valve jackets that out-perform the competition.

Flextrol also offers a broad range of hose and tubing for virtually any application imaginable.  Our lines include corrugated metal hose that's made by forming annular corrugations into a thin wall welded tube. It is pressure tight and ideal for high vibration areas,
and continuous flexing.  When properly designed and installed, corrugated metal hose handles thermal expansion and contraction.
Helical corrugated hose is also available. We provide T-321stainless steel, T-316 stainless steel, bronze,  monel, and hasteloy corrugated hose.

Another hose line offered by Flextrol Corporation is interlocked metal hose.  Interlocked hose is used for specialized industrial applications and is available in different metals, sizes, and styles.  To make the hose pressure tight or to minimize leakage, a packing material may be inserted into the preformed groove within the interlock.  Interlocked metal hose is extremely flexible and light weight.

Silicone hose & tubing is also available from Flextrol in a wide range of standard sizes.   Silicone hose is ideal for fluid transfer, filling, and moving steam in the pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing processes.  Silicone hose and tubing can also be reinforced with wire.

Another hose product handled by Flextrol is convoluted fluoropolymer hose.  This hose has a heavy inner wall of fluoropolymer with a stainless steel or polypropylene outer braid.  Convoluted fluoropolymer hose is used in chemical plants, food processing and pharmaceutical companies, petrochemical sites, pulp and paper processors and general industrial companies of all types.

Unsurpassed chemical resistance and compatibility with virtually any media it carries are hallmarks of rubber covered fluoropolymer hose.  Smooth bore fluoropolymer tube is internally bonded to an EPDM rubber hose. Multiple polyester ply cords and EPDM rubber reinforcements are then added along with a high tensile strength carbon steel wire support.

Teflon® (PTFE) smooth bore tubing and hose (Teflon® is a registered trademark of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company)  is capable of carrying a wide range of difficult-to-handle media such as chemicals, steam, solvents, inks and dyes, paint, injectable materials and plastisols. Teflon tubing and Teflon hose are used for a variety of applications such as sanitary transfer, bottle filling, gas analysis, extrusion presses and molding/adhesive conveying. The temperature ratings for this kind of hose are quite broad:  -100ºF to 450ºF.

Flextrol also provides a range of expansion joint products for pipe lines, ducts, and vessels that carry hot or cold fluids.  An expansion joint can allow a system to deal with  thermal expansion, which can be a major problem.  Flextrol's lines include the metal bellows-type expansion joints, rubber expansion joints and Teflon® (PTFE) expansion joints.  Trust Flextrol to recommend and fabricate, if necessary, the expansion joint that will work best in your application.
