Our standard corrugated metal hose is made by forming annular corrugations into a thin wall welded tube. It is pressure tight and ideal for vibration, continuous flexing and when properly designed and installed, for thermal expansion and contraction. Helical hose is also available. We provide T-321 stainless steel, T-316 stainless steel, bronze, monel, and hasteloy corrugated hose.

Braid coverage
Optimal braid coverage is engineered to contain the core under pressure and reduce the possibility of squirm. Properly designed braid coverage will balance pressure capability with flexing requirements. Minimization of braid wear on the crown of the corrugation is also provided by optimal braid coverage.
